Annual plans are available at a 25% discount. All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize The Jade Ninja to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests for the current billing cycle may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the charge, at our sole discretion.

Trading Nasdaq 100 E-mini futures involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and that The Jade Ninja bears no responsibility for any losses you may incur.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE JADE NINJA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to The Jade Ninja in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Jade Ninja and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Jade Ninja regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
